Most of it was good other than when trying to get a refund for missing items I was told they was unable to give a refund because they didn’t know how and then put the phone down on me twice for me to ring a 3rd time for them to say they will get the missing items out to me within 30 minutes which they didn’t for the food to be less than satisfactory

Sadly my first order wasn’t great. Website took payment twice and when food arrived one of the meals was missing. Shame as it was a special birthday. Waiting on refund for the double payment and the missing meal
